Not all of Al Alam´s customers choose to go for our Customer Support Service, but the team is here if you need them. Our Merchant Boarding service is available as an optional service to operators, whereby PaymentCloud will manage the setup process of the merchants onto the PaymentElevationEngine (PEE) platform on behalf of the operator.
Our Approval, Compliance and KYC service is available as an optional service, whereby PaymentElevationEngine (PEE) will manage the approval and compliance process of the merchants.
By using PaymentElevationEngine´s (PEE) Fraud Screening service, the operator will receive daily review of all transactions combined with existing fraud modules. The Fraud Screening Service requires the usage of our Fraud Screening Module.
In addition to the standard API connectivity method, PaymentElevationEngine (PEE) can also provide pre-built hosted payment pages and a Virtual Terminal interface.
The hosted payment pages allow a common interface that your merchants can use to allow consumers to enter transactions. This opens up the possibility to provide your merchants with extremely reduced boarding times and standardized options.

We provide several modules to enhance your fraud screening protocol. Our Phone Verification module is proven and effective in stopping up to 80% of fraud by simply requiring PIN based verification over the phone. We also offer this approach through SMS using our SMS Verification module.
Connecting to advanced third party fraud scoring and prevention databases is also possible through this module.
